We have a size guide available for each designer. You can click on "Measurement & Size Guide" on the product page. The size guide is only a guide and not a guarantee that the item will definitely fit, designer sizes can vary from brand to brand. If you need more help, please message us.
- Are all your products authentic?
Yes, we are an authorised retailer of all the designers we feature. All our products are sourced directly from the brands and we guarantee every item to be 100% authentic. We only sell to individuals and do not sell on to other wholesalers.
We have been in the business of children’s fashion since 1952 and have a close relationship with all of the brands we sell.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Where do your Preloved items come from?
Our Preloved items were bought from Childrensalon and have been lovingly returned, so we can give them a new home. The Preloved programme supports our wider sustainability goal by helping to reduce waste and extending the life of each garment.Are Preloved items checked before they're sold?
Yes, all preloved items are thoroughly inspected for signs of wear. This includes assessing the condition of stitching and hems, fabric quality for piling and fading, and all working parts like zips, buttons and other fastenings. We also inspect any lining where relevant and check if any alterations have been made to the items, such as hems taken up etc.. If an item requires a small repair or cleaning, this is done by our expert alterations team in-house prior to resale.Do you verify the authenticity of your Preloved designer items?
All Preloved items were previously bought by customers from Childrensalon and returned for resale when they no longer needed them. As items originated from Childrensalon, we can verify all items and have access to their full details like brand, country of origin, fabric composition etc.Do you ship Preloved items outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, our Preloved items are only offered to our customers in the UK.I have Preloved items to donate, all purchased from Childrensalon. What do I need to do?
