Hi Gracie - just want to tell you thank you so much for your assistance over the phone re: the last two orders for my daughter, Arabella - the Marc Jacobs racoon fur puffer coat is purrrrfect on her, just gorgeous! I took her for a walk this evening with her wearing her coat for the first time in her buggy, and she insisted on wearing her white sunglasses with it - she was a vision, let me tell you! People in cars going past did double takes and people were calling out across the street commenting on her rather resplendent appearance. Needless to say, Bella was looking very pleased with herself and lapped up the attention - it was hilarious!? The petit bateau fleece hooded dressing gown is a huge hit with her too. Thanks again, we are having a fun week with all these lovely parcels arriving!

Many thanks indeed for a prompt service. The shoes i ordered are too big but Noah loved them so much we've kept them!, everything else was perfect.He also said you are very kind sending him some sweets! The best online site ever!

I also would like to reassure International customer about you and your delivery: well packaged items, autenthic items (I bought a Burberry shirt), fast delivery (5 days) and secure delivery (luckily and smartly it is a signed for one). Dear Childrensalon You are to be congratulated on what can only be described as first class customer service. My daughter is a huge Wizard of Oz fan and for World Book Day she is always Dorothy. We searched high and low for new ruby red slippers and we were let down - badly. Another furious search ensued and, despite ordering almost 3 hours past your posting deadline, you did everything humanly possible to accommodate my order and my predicament. A huge 'Thank you' from all in this house; particularly Katherine, who feared the worst! We will shop with you again and have no hesitation recommending you to others. Furthermore the items were beautifully wrapped and I am very pleased with the quality It is also worth mentioning the efficiency of your live chat. Prior to purchasing the item, I was not sure of the size, so Natasha (live chat assistant) immediately got some one in your shop to measure the suit, and in a couple of minutes e-mailed me all the measurements!
