Traditionally-styled, it has hand smocking across the bodice with pink floral embroidery and a frilly white collar with a pink ribbon bow. The pretty puffed sleeves have coordinating pink bows, white piping and picot trims. The gathered skirt has a sash around the back that ties in a bow. The dress comes with useful, matching, lined cotton bloomers that have hand smocking on the front of the waistband and frills across the back.
