Traditionally styled, the white Peter Pan collar has a red, piped trim, there is a pretty smocked panel across the front with red, floral embroidery and the cuffs have red picot trims. The dress is made in soft cotton twill with a lightweight voile lining for comfort and comes with useful, coordinating bloomers.
